Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.).
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions or enhancements.
- Configure and maintain ERP modules such as finance, supply chain, inventory, manufacturing, HR, or CRM.
- Collaborate with department heads and end-users to ensure ERP systems meet operational needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, bugs, and data inconsistencies.
- Work with vendors or internal developers to manage ERP integrations, upgrades, and customizations.
- Develop documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
- Train staff and provide ongoing support to ERP users.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in ERP implementations, migrations, and audits.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience working with ERP systems in a support or implementation role.
- Experience with one or more ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite).
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of business processes such as finance, procurement, supply chain, or HR.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of SQL and data reporting tools is a plus.
- Project management experience is advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ERP certification(s) (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate, NetSuite ERP Consultant).
- Experience in Retails.
- Familiarity with system integration and API technologies.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
