Odoo ERP specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.).
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions or enhancements.
• Configure and maintain ERP modules such as finance, supply chain, inventory, manufacturing, HR, or CRM.
• Collaborate with department heads and end-users to ensure ERP systems meet operational needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, bugs, and data inconsistencies.
• Work with vendors or internal developers to manage ERP integrations, upgrades, and customizations.
• Develop documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
• Train staff and provide ongoing support to ERP users.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in ERP implementations, migrations, and audits.

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

• 2–5 years of experience working with ERP systems in a support or implementation role.
• Experience with one or more ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite).

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of business processes such as finance, procurement, supply chain, or HR.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of SQL and data reporting tools is a plus.
• Project management experience is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ERP certification(s) (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate, NetSuite ERP Consultant).
• Experience in Retails.
• Familiarity with system integration and API technologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Experience:
