Odoo ERP Specialist (Part-Time)

Job Title: Odoo ERP Specialist – Part-Time.
Experience Required: 2 to 5 years.
Location: Al Ain.
Eligibility: Candidates must have professional hands-on experience in Odoo ERP across its various modules ,This position is open to all nationalities.

Job Summary:

The Odoo ERP Specialist will be responsible for managing, supporting, and developing the company’s Odoo ERP system, while monitoring operational processes, resolving technical issues, and providing support and training to users to ensure efficient system performance and maximum utilization of all modules used within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor the Odoo ERP system to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Provide technical and operational support to users and resolve system-related issues.
• Manage system settings, user access, and permissions while ensuring data security and integrity.
• Implement required modifications and updates based on operational needs.
• Prepare operational and financial reports and ensure integration between different departments.
• Coordinate with various departments to analyze requirements and improve system workflows.
• Monitor sales, procurement, inventory, accounting, and HR modules to ensure efficient functionality.
• Update and maintain system databases and backup processes.
• Train employees on Odoo ERP usage and provide ongoing support.
• Prepare periodic reports on system performance, technical issues, and development recommendations.

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years of practical experience working with Odoo ERP system.
• Strong knowledge of various Odoo modules.
• Ability to analyze technical and operational issues and provide effective solutions.
• Experience in reporting and integrating operations across departments.
• Good communication, training, and technical support skills.
• Fluency in Arabic is required, while English proficiency is considered an advantage.
