Job Title: Odoo ERP Techno-Functional Consultant

Location: Remote – India

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Odoo ERP Techno-Functional Consultant with strong knowledge in Accounting and Billing to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation by understanding requirements, configuring the Odoo system, and developing custom features when needed. This role requires expertise in both functional consulting and technical development.

Key Responsibilities

· Analyze business processes and map them to Odoo ERP functionalities.

· Configure and customize Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, etc.) with a focus on Accounting and Billing.

· Develop custom modules and features using Python and XML.

· Conduct user training and provide post-implementation support.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored ERP solutions.

· Perform data migration, third-party integrations, and API development.

· Prepare documentation (functional specs, user manuals, training materials).

· Carry out functional testing and validation to ensure system reliability.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

· 4+ years of ERP experience, with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience in Odoo ERP (v13 and above preferred).

· Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and JavaScript.

· Strong knowledge of business processes across Finance (Accounting & Billing), Supply Chain, Sales, and/or Manufacturing.

· Experience in both Odoo Community and Enterprise editions (preferred).

· Familiarity with Linux, Git, and RESTful APIs.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

· Odoo certification(s).

· Experience with project management or agile methodologies.

· Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

· Previous experience with Odoo.sh or Odoo Studio.
