Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Odoo Expert Accountant who has strong accounting knowledge along with hands-on experience in Odoo ERP (Accounting & Finance Modules). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing complete accounting operations, Odoo implementation, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Odoo
- Configure and handle Odoo Accounting modules (AR, AP, GL, Assets)
- Prepare financial statements, P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow
- Handle bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation & customer aging
- Manage taxation (Sales Tax, Withholding Tax, VAT where applicable)
- Oversee invoicing, payments, and expense management
- Implement and customize accounting workflows in Odoo
- Coordinate with management for financial planning & budgeting
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws and audit requirements
- Provide support during audits and financial reviews
- Train users on Odoo accounting processes and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
- CA / ACCA / ICMA / MBA Finance (preferred)
- Minimum 3–5 years accounting experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Odoo Accounting
- Good understanding of ERP-based accounting systems
- Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis
- Strong Excel & reporting skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Experience:
- Odoo implementation or migration experience
- Experience with manufacturing, trading, or service companies
- Exposure to multi-company & multi-currency accounting

Pay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
