Position: Odoo Finance Functional Consultant

Experience: 3 to 10 Years

Location: Tamil Nadu (Chennai / Coimbatore / Madurai / Trichy)

Salary: Based on Experience and Skill Level

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Finance Consultant who can lead finance-related implementations and support for our Odoo ERP projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Odoo Financial modules such as Accounting, Invoicing, Budgeting, and Reporting, and be able to customize workflows as per client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1) Implement and configure Odoo Finance and Accounting modules.

2) Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

3) Conduct gap analysis, solution design, and functional documentation.

4) Support integration of finance modules with other Odoo applications (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, etc.).

5) Train users and provide post-implementation support.

6) Work with technical consultants to customize reports and financial dashboards.

7) Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS) and GST.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1) Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology.

2) 3–10 years of experience in Odoo ERP implementation, with focus on Finance modules.

3) Strong functional understanding of accounting workflows and financial management.

4) Hands-on experience in Odoo Community or Enterprise versions.

5) Knowledge of Python or Odoo Studio customization (added advantage).

6) Excellent communication and client-handling skills
