1. Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering

  • Collaborate with different departments (Sales, HR, Finance, Procurement, CRM, Real Estate, etc.) to gather functional requirements.
  • Conduct gap analysis between business requirements and Odoo functionalities.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and workflow documents.

2. System Configuration & Implementation

  • Configure and customize Odoo modules (CRM, Sales, Accounting, Project, Inventory, HR, Real Estate, etc.) based on client/business requirements.
  • Work with developers to ensure proper integration of custom modules or third-party tools.
  • Test new features and validate configurations before deployment.

3. Project Coordination

  • Support full-cycle Odoo implementations including scoping, planning, configuration, data migration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders for seamless communication.
  • Prepare project documentation, test cases, and training manuals.

4. Training & User Support

  • Conduct end-user training sessions and create user guides/manuals.
  • Provide ongoing functional support post-implementation.
  • Troubleshoot user issues and escalate technical problems to developers if needed.

5. Data Management & Reporting

  • Ensure smooth data migration from legacy systems to Odoo.
  • Design and generate analytical and operational reports for management.
  • Maintain data integrity and workflow consistency across all modules.

6. Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements.
  • Stay updated with the latest Odoo versions, features, and industry best practices.
  • Propose enhancements for better efficiency and automation
