Consultant

We are hiring a Consultant – Strategy & Transformation to help organizations navigate change, deliver strategic initiatives, and achieve measurable impact.

This role focuses on helping organizations reimagine their business, develop actionable strategies, implement change effectively, and accelerate impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis to address critical business issues and provide actionable insights on performance improvement.
• Support the design and delivery of workstreams, including platform and operating model design, business and digital strategy development, and business case creation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Facilitate change management initiatives, identify potential resistance, and implement strategies to ensure adoption and success.
• Apply best practices and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance organizational performance.
• Develop and deliver training programs to build strategic capabilities within teams and leaders.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented strategies to ensure sustainable outcomes.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of consulting experience
• OR
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Chemicals, Natural Resources, Energy, or Utilities sectors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to quickly absorb complex information and generate innovative solutions.
• Digitally savvy with a strong interest in technology and its impact on business and society.
• Self-driven, adaptable, and determined with a positive and results-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in Arabic and fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or graduate-level degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in operating model design, strategy formulation, digital transformation, impact assessment, and monitoring & evaluation.
