Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Odoo Functional Consultant to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of business processes and the ability to align them with Odoo ERP functionalities. This role involves client interaction, requirements gathering, Odoo module configuration, and providing ongoing support throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Interaction

• Collaborate with clients to understand business operations, goals, and system requirements.
• Conduct detailed requirement analyses and map business needs to Odoo capabilities.

Odoo Configuration

• Configure and customize Odoo modules such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, and HR based on client specifications.

Project Leadership

• Lead Odoo ERP implementation projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.

Training & Support

• Deliver end-user training sessions.
• Provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth system adoption.

Documentation

• Prepare comprehensive documentation, including configuration details, customization notes, and user guides.

Testing

• Perform thorough system testing to ensure all solutions meet defined requirements.

Troubleshooting

• Identify, evaluate, and resolve issues during and after implementation.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay current with the latest Odoo updates and ERP industry trends.
• Recommend enhancements to optimize system performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Odoo experience across multiple modules.
• Strong understanding of ERP workflows and business processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or related technologies is a plus.
• Odoo certification is preferred.
