Odoo Functional Consultant

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Odoo Functional Consultant to analyze business requirements, configure Odoo ERP solutions, and ensure successful implementation for our organization/clients. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by delivering efficient, scalable, and user-friendly Odoo implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations.
  • Configure and implement Odoo modules such as:
  • Sales
  • CRM
  • Accounting
  • Inventory & Warehouse
  • Manufacturing
  • HR & Payroll
  • Purchase
  • Project Management
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for custom development when required.
  • Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and quality assurance.
  • Provide user training and create functional documentation.
  • Support data migration and system integration processes.
  • Troubleshoot functional issues and provide post-implementation support.
  • Optimize workflows and improve business processes using Odoo best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience implementing and configuring Odoo ERP.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and ERP workflows.
  • Experience with multiple Odoo modules and implementations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
