• Position: Odoo Functional Consultant
• Job Type: Full-time (On-site)
• Location: Multan

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and gather detailed functional requirements
• Implement and configure Odoo ERP modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting)
• Collaborate with technical teams for customizations and integrations
• Provide user training and ongoing functional support
• Prepare clear documentation, workflows, and user manuals
• Conduct system testing and ensure smooth deployment
• Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency and business processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Odoo functional consultancy
• Strong understanding of ERP concepts and business workflows
• Hands-on knowledge of Odoo modules and operations
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Odoo Community or Enterprise versions
• Basic understanding of Python and technical concepts
• Knowledge of Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related domains
• Familiarity with reporting tools and dashboards
