Odoo Functional Consultant

EUSOL is seeking a highly skilled Senior Odoo Functional Consultant to join our innovative team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to design, implement, and optimize Odoo solutions tailored to their business needs. You will play a key role in improving operational efficiency and ensuring the successful delivery of projects while fostering long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to gather, analyze, and document their business requirements, and translate them into effective Odoo solutions.
  • Odoo Implementation: Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Odoo modules (such as CRM, Inventory, Sales, Accounting, HR, and Manufacturing) to meet specific client needs.
  • Project Management: Oversee end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Training & Workshops: Organize and conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure clients’ teams adopt Odoo solutions effectively.
  • Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies within client workflows and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and operations.
  • Customization & Integration: Work alongside technical teams to design custom Odoo features and seamlessly integrate third-party systems.
  • Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support and consulting to ensure the continued success and optimization of Odoo systems.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay current on the latest Odoo updates, advising clients on relevant changes and potential enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Proven experience in full-cycle Odoo implementations. Minimum of 1 year in odoo must b work on odoo.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of business processes in manufacturing, retail, services, and related sectors.
