Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Odoo Functional Consultant to join our implementation team. You will work directly with clients to understand their business requirements, configure Odoo modules to match their workflows, and ensure successful project delivery from discovery to go-live. You will be the primary functional point of contact for your assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct business requirement gathering sessions with clients across various industries
• Analyse existing business processes and map them to appropriate Odoo modules and workflows
• Configure and implement Odoo modules including CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Purchase, HR, Payroll, and Manufacturing
• Prepare functional specification documents, gap analysis reports, and solution design documents
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve functional issues prior to go-live
• Deliver end-user training sessions and prepare user manuals and documentation
• Provide post-go-live functional support and troubleshoot client issues
• Coordinate with the technical team to communicate customisation requirements
• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Stay updated with latest Odoo versions, features, and best practices

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on Odoo functional implementation experience
• Strong working knowledge of at least 3 Odoo modules
• Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into Odoo configurations
• Experience conducting UAT, user training, and post-go-live support
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage client relationships professionally and independently
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Odoo Functional Certification (any version)
• Experience with Odoo
• Prior experience at an Odoo partner company
• Basic understanding of Python or XML
• Experience in manufacturing, trading, or services industry implementations
