Job Responsibilities

• Analyze business and accounting requirements and map them in Odoo
• Configure and implement Odoo Accounting, Payroll, and related modules
• Provide functional support, testing, and user training
• Prepare functional documentation and reports
• Coordinate with technical teams for customization and issue resolution

Requirements by Position Senior Odoo Functional Consultant

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant
• Strong accounting and finance background
• Experience in end-to-end Odoo implementation and client handling

Junior Odoo Functional Consultant

• Minimum 1+ year of Odoo experience
• Good understanding of accounting principles
• Experience in functional support and documentation

Associate / Trainee Odoo Functional Consultant

• 5–6 months of practical Odoo experience
• Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
• Willingness to learn and grow in Odoo ERP

Mandatory Skills

• Accounting / Finance educational background
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Familiarity with Odoo versions (14–18) is a plus
