SAP FICO & FM Consultant (Lahore-based)

Experience: 5+ years in SAP consultancy
Project Experience: Minimum 3 end-to-end SAP implementations
Language Requirement: Proficiency in English (spoken) is required

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO & FM Consultant to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have strong consultancy experience with hands-on expertise in both SAP Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), and Funds Management (FM) modules, and a proven record of delivering at least three end-to-end SAP implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of SAP FICO and FM solutions.
• Conduct business requirement gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis to translate business needs into SAP solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP FI, CO, and FM modules to meet client requirements.
• Participate in blueprinting, testing, data migration, go-live, and post-implementation support.
• Integrate SAP FICO and FM modules with other SAP modules (SD, MM, PS, etc.) as required.
• Prepare functional specifications, workflows, and reports as per business needs.
• Provide guidance and support to junior consultants and client teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones with high-quality standards.
• Advise clients on best practices for SAP FICO and FM processes.

Professional Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of SAP consultancy experience.
• Hands-on experience in at least 3 end-to-end SAP implementations.
• Strong expertise in SAP FI, CO, and FM modules, including configuration, master data, and reporting.
• Knowledge of SAP integration points with other modules.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process optimization skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites if required.
• Proficiency in English (spoken) is required.
