The SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing Employee Central solutions to manage core HR processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Employee Central implementation projects, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
  • Manage data migration from legacy HR systems to Employee Central.
  • Configure core HR processes such as organizational management, employee data, workflows, and approvals.
  • Integrate Employee Central with other SuccessFactors modules and third-party systems.
  • Provide guidance and support to business users and junior consultants.
  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones with high-quality standards.

Professional Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of SAP SuccessFactors EC consultancy experience.
  • Hands-on experience in at least 2–3 end-to-end EC implementations.
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and Employee Central configuration.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken) is required.
