We are seeking an experienced SAP LMS Consultant to manage and optimize our SAP Learning Management System. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SAP LMS configuration, learning processes, and reporting, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and maintain SAP LMS modules in alignment with organizational learning needs.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to define learning strategies and training programs.
- Manage course catalogs, user roles, learning plans, and curriculum structures.
- Configure workflows, certifications, and compliance training within SAP LMS.
- Generate reports and dashboards for learning analytics and management reviews.
- Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for SAP LMS users.
- Conduct system testing, upgrades, and ensure LMS data integrity.
- Collaborate with SAP Functional and Technical teams for integrations with SAP SuccessFactors, Payroll, or other ERP modules.
- Recommend best practices and process improvements to enhance the learning experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in SAP LMS implementation and support.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Learning Solution (LSO) or SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
- Experience with training administration, reporting, and LMS workflows.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with integration between SAP LMS and other SAP modules or third-party systems.
- Proficiency in English (spoken) is required.
Preferred Skills
- SAP LMS Certification is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori LMS interfaces.
- Knowledge of content management systems and e-learning tools.
- Experience in global learning environments and compliance training.
