Odoo Functional Consultant - Intern

Internship Structure

• First 3 Months: Unpaid Remote Training & Internship
• Next 3 Months: Paid Internship from Islamabad Office (based on performance and evaluation)
• After successful completion of 6 months and final assessment, selected candidates may be offered a permanent role as an Odoo Functional Consultant
• Internship Opportunity – Fresh Graduates & Final Year Students

Program Structure

Phase 1 – Remote Training Program (First 3 Months)

• Structured learning program with training videos and course materials provided
• Interns are expected to dedicate approximately 2–3 hours daily for:
• Learning from training modules
• Practice assignments
• Self-study and exercises
• Weekly review/demo sessions with the team to demonstrate progress and completed tasks

Phase 2 – Paid Office Internship (Next 3 Months)

• Selected candidates from the training phase will move to a paid onsite internship in Islamabad
• Practical exposure to real Odoo ERP projects and business workflows

Final Opportunity

• Candidates successfully completing the internship program may be offered a permanent role based on performance and evaluation

Requirements

• Fresh graduates or final-year students are encouraged to apply
• Background in Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, or related fields preferred
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Strong learning attitude and problem-solving mindset
• Basic understanding of ERP systems is an advantage but not mandatory
• Immediate joiners preferred.
