Odoo Functional Consultant - UAE

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Odoo v18, and a background working with Odoo partner companies (Gold, Silver, Learning, Ready, etc.).

Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and customize Odoo modules based on client requirements and oversee full-cycle Odoo ERP implementations
• Gather business needs and translate them into functional solutions
• Provide end-user training and functional support
• Work closely with technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Ensure smooth delivery of Odoo ERP projects within timelines
• Prepare project documentation and regular status reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
• 2–4 years of Odoo Functional Consulting experience
• Experience working with an Odoo partner (Gold/Silver/Ready/Learning)
• Strong knowledge of Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR, etc.) and hands-on experience with Odoo.sh
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Currently in UAE and available to join immediately (Visit visa preferred).
