What You’ll Do

• Research and connect with clinics, spas, and wellness businesses across Dubai.
• Reach out via calls, email, and LinkedIn (we give you the tools & CRM).
• Run discovery calls and close new clients (monthly retainers 3,000–5,000 AED).
• Build relationships and become the trusted face of our agency in Dubai.
• Hit targets, earn commission, and grow with the company.

What’s In It for You

• Security + Upside: 3,000 AED base + 10% commission (uncapped).
• Example OTE (On-Target Earnings):
• Close 2 clients/month → earn ~5,500 AED total
• Close 3 clients/month → earn ~6,500 AED total
• More closes = more commission — no cap.
• Growth Path: Prove yourself, and move into the Sales Manager role as we scale.
• Support: You’re not left alone — we handle the service delivery so you can focus on closing and earning.
• Flexibility: Work with international founders but own the Dubai market.
• Impact: Every client you close helps clinics grow and changes patients’ lives.

Who We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years sales experience (B2B, SaaS, or marketing preferred).
• Strong communicator with confidence in closing.
• Comfortable doing outbound outreach (calls, LinkedIn, email).
• Knowledge of Dubai healthcare/clinic market = huge advantage.
• Fluent in English (Arabic a plus).
• Hungry for growth, motivated by commission.

You must be able to invoice us monthly.
