Odoo Implementation Developer (Full-time)

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer to lead the complete implementation, customization, and integration of Odoo ERP across our group businesses — Hamsun Hospitality (Hotels & Restaurant) and Saleeqa (Retail Division).

The candidate will be responsible for setting up and maintaining Odoo modules for HR, Accounting, Inventory, POS, Sales, and other operational departments while ensuring smooth functionality across multiple branches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure Odoo modules (HR, Payroll, Accounting, Sales, Inventory, POS, CRM, Procurement, etc.).
• Customize existing Odoo modules and develop new ones as per company requirements.
• Integrate Odoo with internal systems and third-party apps (e.g., POS, websites, attendance systems).
• Handle backend development using Python and PostgreSQL.
• Design and modify front-end views using XML, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS.
• Prepare workflow automations and reports for management and HR.
• Conduct system testing, staff training, and documentation.
• Provide post-implementation technical support and troubleshooting.
• Maintain version control, updates, and data backups.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience in Odoo implementation and customization.
• Strong command of Python, PostgreSQL, and the Odoo Framework.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo.sh or on-premise servers (Linux/Ubuntu).
• Familiar with Odoo versions 14 to 17.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies: XML, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Experience in multi-branch / multi-company setups.
• Understanding of business workflows in Hospitality, Retail, or F&B industries will be an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Odoo certification (optional but preferred).
• Experience integrating Odoo with websites or mobile apps.
