We are seeking an experienced and certified Odoo Implementor to lead our client projects, focusing on system configuration, customization analysis, and successful module deployment. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and Odoo's technical capabilities, ensuring client satisfaction and project profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Analysis & Scoping: Conduct in-depth workshops and discovery sessions with clients to understand and document their current business processes, pain points, and functional requirements across various departments (e.g., Finance, Inventory, Sales).
  • System Configuration: Configure and tailor Odoo's standard applications (such as CRM, Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Accounting) to align with documented client business needs and best practices.
  • Solution Design: Translate complex requirements into clear functional specifications for the development team for any necessary customizations or new module creation.
  • Data Migration: Oversee and execute data migration strategies, ensuring the accurate transfer of historical data (e.g., customers, products, balances) from legacy systems to Odoo.
  • Testing and Training: Design and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans. Lead comprehensive training sessions and workshops for end-users and client administrators.
  • Project Management: Manage project timelines, resources, and communication with the client, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the defined scope.
  • Go-Live and Support: Lead the final deployment ("Go-Live") process and provide post-implementation support to ensure system stability and user adoption.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of direct experience in implementing, configuring, and deploying Odoo (versions 13 and later) in a consulting or implementor role.
  • Odoo Expertise: Deep functional knowledge across core Odoo applications (Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, Sales, Purchase).
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of standard business processes (e.g., P2P, O2C, MRP) and the ability to map them efficiently to an ERP system.
  • Technical Familiarity: Ability to read and understand Odoo architecture and basic
  • Python/XML code , enabling effective communication with the development team.
  • Certification: Odoo Functional Certification (for relevant versions) is highly preferred.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills required to conduct client meetings and training sessions.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven ability to analyze client problems, propose innovative Odoo-based solutions, and manage client expectations.

Job Type: Part-time
