Odoo Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Project Manager to lead ERP implementation and customization projects using Odoo.

The candidate will coordinate with clients, developers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects.
  • Gather and analyze client business requirements.
  • Prepare project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with functional and technical teams for module development and deployment.
  • Conduct project kickoff meetings and regular status reviews.
  • Ensure proper documentation of workflows, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project risks, issues, and change requests.
  • Communicate project updates to clients and internal management.
  • Oversee UAT (User Acceptance Testing), training, and go-live activities.
  • Ensure successful post-implementation support and client satisfaction.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously when required.
  • Track project KPIs, budgets, and delivery performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in ERP project management.
  • Strong knowledge of Odoo modules such as Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, Purchase
  • Understanding of business processes and ERP workflows.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
