About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Odoo Project Manager and Implementation Expert who can lead end-to-end ERP implementations. The ideal candidate will manage project timelines, coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure smooth delivery of Odoo modules as per business requirements. This role is open for Project-Based, Part-Time, and Full-Time engagement.

Key Responsibilities1. Project Management

  • Lead the full lifecycle of Odoo implementation projects.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and technical developers.
  • Ensure project delivery within time, scope, and budget.
  • Manage change requests and track project progress through PM tools.

2. Odoo Implementation

  • Analyze client business processes and map them to Odoo modules.
  • Configure Odoo applications (Sales, CRM, Accounting, Purchase, HR, Inventory, Manufacturing, etc.).
  • Perform functional testing and oversee UAT.
  • Lead data migration activities (import/export, cleaning, mapping).
  • Customize workflows and settings as per business needs.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and GAP analysis.
  • Provide training and user enablement sessions.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all project-related communication.
  • Create documentation for configuration, processes, and SOPs.

4. Continuous Improvement

  • Recommend process enhancements and best practices.
  • Work closely with developers for custom module creation.
  • Provide post-implementation support and optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience (3–7 years preferred) in Odoo implementation and project management.
  • Strong command on Odoo modules, workflows, and functional configurations.
  • Good understanding of business processes across finance, operations, HR, procurement, inventory, sales, etc.
  • Experience with PM tools (Jira, MS Project etc.).
  • Excellent communication, client handling, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical understanding of Odoo Studio or basic Python/QWeb is a plus.
