Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Odoo Specialist & Sales Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the technical and functional aspects of our Odoo ERP system, ensure smooth workflow operations, and provide strong support to the sales department. This role requires solid understanding of Odoo modules, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Odoo System Management
- Manage, configure, and customize Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, Website, POS, Purchase, HR, etc.)
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Create, edit, and optimize workflows, user access rights, and automation rules.
- Ensure smooth synchronization between Odoo and external platforms (website, e-commerce, payment gateways, delivery partners, etc.)
- Generate custom reports and dashboards for management.
Data & Process Optimization
- Maintain system data integrity across all departments.
- Support digital transformation by improving internal processes through Odoo.
- Perform module testing and assist in deploying new features or updates.
- Train staff on Odoo functionalities and best practices.
Sales Support
- Assist the sales team with quotations, invoicing, follow-ups, and customer records via Odoo CRM.
- Prepare proposals, price lists, and product catalogs when needed.
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, and operations to ensure seamless order flow.
- Support customer inquiries related to product availability, order status, and documentation.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Analysis
- Create weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
- Track KPIs related to sales, inventory, and customer interactions using Odoo analytics.
- Provide insights to management to support decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working with Odoo (v13–v17 or later).
- Strong understanding of ERP workflows.
- Experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and integrations (Shopify, WooCommerce, payment systems) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills (Arabic & English preferred).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of Python, XML, and Odoo Studio (advantage)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.
- Knowledge in sales operations and CRM best practices
