Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and troubleshoot Odoo issues across Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance.
  • Detect and correct wrong user entries before they cause larger problems.
  • Provide regular user training and support to improve system efficiency.
  • Coordinate with the Odoo support company and follow up on open tickets.
  • Recommend improvements and assist in implementing new features or modules.
  • Generate reports and ensure data accuracy and workflow compliance.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field from a reputable university.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in Odoo ERP (functional or administrative role).
  • Good understanding to the company's business processes.
  • Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Odoo, Excel, and ERP data management tools.
  • Odoo certification or previous experience in an Odoo implementation project is preferred.
  • Basic technical understanding (SQL or Python) is a plus.
