Odoo Systems Administrator & Integration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Odoo System Administrator & Integration Specialist to manage, maintain, and optimize our Odoo ERP system. The role will focus on system administration, reporting, and API integrations with third-party applications to support business operations and data flow.

Key Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and maintain the Odoo ERP system

Manage user roles, access rights, and system security

Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo reports and dashboards

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues

Design, implement, and maintain API integrations with third-party applications

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and synchronization across systems

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and improve workflows

Support system upgrades, patches, and module implementations

Document system configurations, integrations, and processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as an Odoo Administrator or Developer

Strong understanding of Odoo modules, workflows, and database structure

Experience with API integrations (REST, JSON, XML, OAuth, etc.)

Proficiency in Python and Odoo framework

Experience with reporting tools and custom report development in Odoo

Knowledge of PostgreSQL databases

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience integrating Odoo with CRM, accounting, payment gateways, or logistics platforms

Familiarity with cloud hosting environments (AWS, Azure, or similar)

Experience with version control (Git)

Odoo certification is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
