Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated ERPNext Developer with 0–2 years of experience who understands ERP workflows and can support implementation, customization, and maintenance of ERPNext modules. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Project, HR, Timesheet, and Accounting modules, and be able to work closely with business and technical teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesERPNext Implementation & Support

• Assist in ERPNext implementation, configuration, and day-to-day support
• Understand business workflows and map them into ERPNext
• Provide functional and technical support to users

Module Knowledge (Must Have)

• Project Module
• Project creation, task management, milestones, and progress tracking
• HR Module
• Employee records, attendance, leave management, payroll basics
• Timesheet Module
• Timesheet entry, approval workflow, project-based time tracking
• Accounting Module
• Chart of accounts, invoicing, payments, basic financial reports

Customization & Development

• Customize forms, fields, workflows, and reports
• Develop and maintain custom scripts (Client Script / Server Script)
• Create print formats and simple reports
• Support minor integrations and data migration

Testing & Documentation

• Test configurations and custom features before deployment
• Prepare basic user guides and technical documentation
• Assist in training users on ERPNext workflows

Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills

• Basic knowledge of ERPNext / Frappe Framework
• Understanding of ERP workflows and business processes
• Basic Python and JavaScript knowledge
• Familiarity with MySQL / MariaDB
• Experience with Git (basic)

Functional Skills

• Good understanding of:
• Project management workflow
• HR operations
• Timesheet approval process
• Accounting basics (invoices, payments, ledgers)
• Ability to understand requirements and suggest solutions

Soft Skills

• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to learn and take ownership
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently
• Team-oriented and detail-focused

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience with ERPNext customization or live projects
• Knowledge of payroll setup in ERPNext
• Experience in ERP implementation or support roles
