senior Odoo developer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Odoo Developer to join our growing IT team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Odoo development, customization, and deployment, and will play a key role in designing and delivering scalable ERP solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules (backend and frontend)
• Lead Odoo implementation projects end to end
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Customize existing Odoo modules and create new modules as required
• Integrate Odoo with third-party systems and APIs
• Handle Odoo upgrades, migrations, and performance optimization
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
• Collaborate closely with functional consultants, project managers, and clients
• Ensure code quality, security, and best development practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an Odoo Developer
• Strong expertise in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and JavaScript
• In-depth knowledge of Odoo framework (models, views, workflows, security)
• Experience with Odoo versions (v13 and above preferred)
• Hands-on experience with Odoo customization, deployment, and maintenance
• Strong understanding of business processes (Accounting, Sales, Inventory, HR, CRM, etc.)
• Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and lead development tasks

Nice to Have

• Experience in Odoo.sh or on-premise deployments
• Experience working with enterprise clients
• Prior experience mentoring or leading a development team
