Odoo Technical Consultant (Arabic & English)

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Technical Consultant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and implementing Odoo ERP modules to meet business requirements. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy Odoo modules based on business needs.
• Customize existing Odoo modules and integrate third-party applications.
• Develop and maintain APIs for data exchange between Odoo and other systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Odoo functional and technical issues.
• Participate in requirement gathering, analysis, and solution design.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and performance optimization of Odoo applications.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
• Support end-users with training and post-implementation assistance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Odoo development (v13 and above preferred).
• Strong understanding of Odoo ORM, Python, XML, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery).
• Familiarity with Linux environments and Odoo deployment best practices.
• Knowledge of Odoo functional modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Fluent in English and Arabic .

Preferred:

• Odoo certification or proven experience with enterprise-level implementations.
• Experience in integrating Odoo with payment gateways or external systems.
• Knowledge of cloud hosting platforms (AWS, Azure, or Odoo.sh).
