Odoo Techno-Functional

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on experience in Odoo implementation, customization, and support, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective ERP solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design suitable Odoo solutions
• Configure and customize Odoo modules such as Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, and HR
• Act as a bridge between clients and the technical development team
• Prepare functional specifications and support technical documentation
• Coordinate development, testing, deployment, and go-live activities
• Perform system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Conduct end-user training and provide post-implementation support
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and suggest improvements
• Ensure solutions align with business processes and best practices

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with Odoo
• Strong knowledge of Odoo functional modules and ERP workflows
• Proven experience in business analysis and requirements gathering
• Basic knowledge of Odoo development (Python, XML, PostgreSQL) is an advantage
• Experience with Odoo Community and/or Enterprise
• Strong communication and client-handling skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience in server management (Linux, VPS, cloud hosting)

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
