We are seeking an experienced Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on experience in Odoo implementation, customization, and support, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective ERP solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design suitable Odoo solutions
- Configure and customize Odoo modules such as Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, and HR
- Act as a bridge between clients and the technical development team
- Prepare functional specifications and support technical documentation
- Coordinate development, testing, deployment, and go-live activities
- Perform system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Conduct end-user training and provide post-implementation support
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and suggest improvements
- Ensure solutions align with business processes and best practices
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with Odoo
- Strong knowledge of Odoo functional modules and ERP workflows
- Proven experience in business analysis and requirements gathering
- Basic knowledge of Odoo development (Python, XML, PostgreSQL) is an advantage
- Experience with Odoo Community and/or Enterprise
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience in server management (Linux, VPS, cloud hosting)
