Job Title: Odoo Techno-Functional
Work Location: Umm Al Quwain – Head Office
Experience Level: 2–3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and customize Odoo ERP solutions based on business requirements
• Analyze business workflows and translate them into functional and technical solutions
• Configure and support core Odoo modules including POS, Sales, Inventory, CRM, HR, Purchase, Manufacturing, and Accounting
• Develop and customize Odoo modules using Python, XML, JavaScript, and OWL Framework
• Customize and enhance Odoo POS applications and frontend components using OWL
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver scalable ERP solutions
• Conduct system testing, debugging, deployment, and performance optimization
• Provide user training, support, and troubleshooting assistance
• Handle integrations with third-party systems and APIs
• Participate in data migration and system implementation activities
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and key users to gather requirements and provide consultation
• Work on ERP implementations for industries including Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), retail/POS environments, and food manufacturing companies

Requirements:

• Experience working with Odoo ERP implementations and customization
• Strong knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, Odoo Framework, JavaScript, and OWL
• Experience customizing Odoo POS and frontend business flows
• Understanding of business processes and workflow optimization
• Experience in functional consulting and requirement gathering
• Familiarity with API integration and backend business logic
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)

Nice to Have:

• Additional experience in modern application technologies and system integration is considered a plus
• Experience working with Docker, Linux servers, or cloud deployment environments
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems such as Git and GitHub
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and webhook integrations
• Experience with multi-company, multi-warehouse, or high-volume POS environments
