Odoo Techno-Functional Certified Consultant

DWP Arabia is seeking a highly experienced Odoo Techno-Functional Certified Implementation Consultant to lead full-cycle Odoo implementations across multiple business domains. This is a senior, client-facing role for a certified expert capable of delivering independently with strong functional and technical depth.

Only candidates who are officially Odoo Certified, fully bilingual (Arabic & English), and currently based in Riyadh will be considered.

• Manage the full implementation lifecycle from requirements gathering and solution design to configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live.
• Successfully deliver at least 5 full-cycle implementations across the following modules:
• Accounting & Finance
• HR & Payroll
• Sales & CRM
• Point of Sale (POS)
• Inventory & Warehouse Management
• Purchasing
• Manufacturing & Production
• Projects
• Property & Facility Management
• Prepare BRDs, functional designs, technical specifications, UAT scripts, and training materials.

• Customize and extend Odoo modules.
• Develop new custom modules and automate workflows based on business requirements.
• Integrate Odoo with external applications and APIs.
• Troubleshoot technical and functional issues and optimize performance.

• Conduct workshops, solution design sessions, demos, and end-user training.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi localization requirements (VAT, ZATCA, payroll rules, financial standards).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation.
• Collaborate closely with technical, functional, QA, and project management teams.

• Support the sales team with demos, requirement discovery sessions, scoping, and solution presentations.
• Assist in preparing proposals, estimates, and implementation plans.
• Translate business needs into clear solution approaches during pre-sales cycles.

• Mandatory Odoo Certification.
• Minimum 5+ full Odoo implementations across the required modules.
• Strong techno-functional capability (configuration + development).
• Proven experience integrating Odoo with external systems.
• Mandatory bilingual fluency in Arabic and English.
• Must currently reside in Riyadh with valid residency/work permission.
• Strong understanding of business processes across finance, HR, supply chain, manufacturing, operations, and property management.
• Strong client-facing and documentation skills.
• GCC/KSA experience is an advantage.
