Inbox Technologies Arabia is seeking a talented Assistant Manager – Cyber Security (Pre-Sales) to support our cybersecurity sales and solution design efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to support senior pre-sales leadership in client engagements, solution development, proposals, and technical demonstrations.
This role is ideal for professionals with mid-level cybersecurity experience who are ready to grow into a leadership-oriented pre-sales position.
- Assist senior cybersecurity pre-sales managers in customer meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Analyze customer business environments, risks, and technology landscapes to support solution scoping.
- Document customer requirements and translate them into high-level solution needs.
- Support the development of cybersecurity solution designs aligned with best practices and compliance (NCA, SAMA, ISO, PCI DSS, GDPR, etc.).
- Contribute to technical proposals, BoQs, architecture diagrams, RFP/RFI responses, and customer presentations.
- Ensure proposed solutions are aligned with customer business objectives and security requirements.
- Work closely with account managers to qualify opportunities and prepare client-facing materials.
- Assist in technical presentations, demos, and POCs.
- Maintain updated knowledge of solutions offered by Inbox Technologies Arabia and partner ecosystems.
- Stay aware of emerging cybersecurity trends, technologies, and vendor products (Microsoft, AWS, Palo Alto, Splunk, Cisco, etc.).
- Develop supporting documents, templates, and reusable assets to streamline future pre-sales activities.
- Participate in internal knowledge-sharing and training sessions.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity delivery teams to ensure seamless project handover.
- Maintain accurate documentation of proposed solutions.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or related field.
- Certifications such as CEH, Security+, CCSP, AZ-500, or vendor-specific credentials are an advantage.
- 4–6 years of experience in cybersecurity, with exposure to pre-sales, technical consulting, or solution engineering.
- Hands-on experience across at least two domains: network security, cloud security, IAM, SOC/SIEM, endpoint security, or compliance frameworks.
- Experience preparing proposals or responding to RFPs/RFIs is preferable.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to assist in converting technical concepts into business value statements.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and coordination skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work across departments.
- Must be a Saudi national.
