Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Engineer to lead sales and business development for our cleanroom, healthcare and turnkey cleanroom solutions. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, solution selling, and relationship management to drive growth across industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, healthcare, semiconductors, medical devices, and research facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Making cold calls and generating leads.
  • Doing site survey / site visit and get the details of the site.
  • Visiting the client and building relationship with them
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities for both cleanroom consumables/equipment and turnkey projects.
  • Build strong relationships with consultants, architects, EPC contractors, and regulatory bodies.

Technical & Project Sales

  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand requirements.
  • Provide basic technical expertise on cleanroom classifications, HVAC systems, modular construction, filtration, consumables, and regulatory compliance (ISO 14644, GMP, FDA, EU standards).
  • Prepare and deliver detailed proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, validation, and project management teams to ensure accurate solutions and seamless execution.

Market Development & Strategy

  • Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to drive sales strategies.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry forums.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling cleanroom consumables, equipment, and turnkey services.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or Business (MBA preferred).
  • 2-3 years of proven sales experience in cleanroom, healthcare solutions, turnkey projects, HVAC, or related technical fields.
  • Strong knowledge of cleanroom systems, consumables, design-build processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large, complex sales cycles and securing high-value contracts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong networking ability with consultants, contractors, and end-users.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and project development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼2,000.00 - ﷼3,000.00 per month
