Cyber Security Pre-Sales
to support the cybersecurity pre-sales team with documentation, scheduling, proposal preparation, and workflow coordination. This role is ideal for entry-level or early-career Saudi professionals who are looking to build their expertise in cybersecurity and enterprise technology environments.
This position focuses on coordination and administrative support, not deep technical design; making it perfect for motivated candidates interested in growing into future cybersecurity roles.
Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule client meetings, discovery sessions, workshops, and internal reviews.

Assist the pre-sales team with documentation, data collection, and preparation of presentation materials.

Maintain trackers for opportunities, proposals, and customer communications.

Help compile RFP/RFI responses, proposals, BoQs, and technical documents.

Proofread, format, and organize proposal materials to ensure quality and compliance.

Maintain a repository of reusable templates, technical documents, and case studies.

Support follow-ups with sales, delivery, and client teams as instructed by senior pre-sales staff.

Ensure timely submission of proposals and manage internal approval workflows.

Assist with customer-facing presentations by preparing slides and collaterals.

Maintain updated logs of all ongoing opportunities and submitted proposals.

Generate weekly and monthly reports for the cybersecurity pre-sales lead.

Track vendor registrations, certifications, and product updates.

Prepare meeting minutes, summaries, and action-item trackers.

Coordinate with operations, HR, procurement, and finance teams for pre-sales requirements.

Support event coordination for workshops, demos, and seminars
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, or related discipline.

0-2 years of experience in coordination, sales support, or administrative roles (cybersecurity or IT domain preferred).

Fresh Saudi graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Strong organizational and document management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.

Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
