Inbox Technologies Arabia is looking for a detail-oriented Coordinator - Cyber Security Pre-Sales to support the cybersecurity pre-sales team with documentation, scheduling, proposal preparation, and workflow coordination. - Coordinate and schedule client meetings, discovery sessions, workshops, and internal reviews.
- Assist the pre-sales team with documentation, data collection, and preparation of presentation materials.
- Maintain trackers for opportunities, proposals, and customer communications.
- Help compile RFP/RFI responses, proposals, BoQs, and technical documents.
- Proofread, format, and organize proposal materials to ensure quality and compliance.
- Maintain a repository of reusable templates, technical documents, and case studies.
- Support follow-ups with sales, delivery, and client teams as instructed by senior pre-sales staff.
- Ensure timely submission of proposals and manage internal approval workflows.
- Assist with customer-facing presentations by preparing slides and collaterals.
- Maintain updated logs of all ongoing opportunities and submitted proposals.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports for the cybersecurity pre-sales lead.
- Track vendor registrations, certifications, and product updates.
- Prepare meeting minutes, summaries, and action-item trackers.
- Coordinate with operations, HR, procurement, and finance teams for pre-sales requirements.
- Support event coordination for workshops, demos, and seminars.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in coordination, sales support, or administrative roles (cybersecurity or IT domain preferred).
- Fresh Saudi graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational and document management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Saudi National (Mandatory).
