Odoo Techno -Functional Consultant

An Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant analyzes business needs, configures/customizes Odoo modules (Python, XML), bridges functional gaps with technical solutions, manages implementation, provides user training, and supports data migration and integrations, acting as a key link between clients' business processes and Odoo's technical capabilities for successful ERP deployment. They handle requirement gathering, solution design, development oversight, testing, documentation, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

·Understand client workflows, conduct gap analysis, and map processes to Odoo features.

· Configure standard modules (Sales, Accounting, Inventory, etc.) and develop custom features/reports using Python, XML, and Odoo ORM.

· Oversee system setup, data migration, testing (UAT), and go-live activities.

· Integration: Connect Odoo with third-party systems and APIs.

· Train end-users, create documentation, and provide post-implementation support.

· Work with stakeholders, developers, and project managers, and potentially support sales demos.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of Odoo modules and ERP best practices.
• Proficiency in Python and XML for development/customization.
• Knowledge of database concepts and system architectures.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with Odoo implementation, data migration, and user training.
