OES Enterprise & Strategic Project Manager (Internal Compliance)

Miami-Dade County is seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale Enterprise initiatives, including technology solutions such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) projects, within the public sector.

This role will involve managing and overseeing large-scale ERP projects, ensuring teams are equipped with the tools, strategies, and knowledge needed to successfully implement solutions such as PeopleSoft Enterprise. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, scope, and budgets, providing regular status updates to executive management, and ensuring adherence to project objectives. Key responsibilities include: managing the planning, execution, and delivery of ERP projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals; overseeing project budgets and ensuring resource allocation meets project requirements; reporting project status to executive management and key stakeholders; leading cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliverables within established timelines and scope; managing capacity and resource planning, ensuring teams are equipped to meet project demands; ensuring high-quality project results that align with organizational objectives.

The OES Enterprise & Strategic Project Manager will manage ERP projects, including planning, implementation, and coordination with stakeholders. The role involves leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Preferences:

A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent is preferred.

Experience managing complex IT infrastructure and application services is preferred.
