Of Counsel New Jersey Real Estate Attorney

We’re growing and looking for a seasoned Real Estate Attorney with a strong foundation in commercial transactions and leasing, and a demonstrated history of working with real estate investors. This position is fully remote, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere while benefiting from structured support and the latest in legal tech tools.

What You Bring

• A portable book of business and a track record of client loyalty
• At least 3 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, financing, and leasing. Additional experience and interest in tax and partnership/entity structuring is great but not a requirement.
• You have the heart of an educator and are willing to take the time to explain things to clients.
• Graduate from an accredited law firm and licensed to practice law in New Jersey (required); Pennsylvania license is a plus
• Ability to independently manage deals from LOI to post-closing
• Proficiency in drafting and negotiating commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, and related documents
• Comfortable communicating directly with clients and driving matters forward with minimal oversight
