Red Star Technologies is looking for a skilled Off-Page SEO Specialist to strengthen our online presence by building high-quality backlinks and improving search visibility. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in white-hat link-building techniques, outreach strategies, and off-page SEO best practices to help drive organic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective off-page SEO and backlink strategies aligned with overall SEO goals.
• Identify and connect with high-authority websites to secure quality backlinks.
• Conduct competitor backlink analysis to discover new link-building opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with webmasters, bloggers, and digital partners.
• Monitor and evaluate backlink quality to ensure compliance with Google’s SEO guidelines.
• Identify and disavow toxic or spammy links to maintain a clean and healthy link profile.
• Collaborate with content and SEO teams to create link-worthy content and outreach campaigns.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports highlighting key off-page SEO results and improvements.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven experience in off-page SEO or link building.
• Strong proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Google Search Console.
• Deep understanding of white-hat SEO practices and current Google algorithm updates.
• Hands-on experience with outreach and relationship management.
• Excellent communication, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage and track multiple link-building campaigns effectively.
