The Role

As our Off-Page SEO Specialist, you will be the architect of our clients' backlink profiles. You won't just be "buying links"; you will be developing sophisticated outreach campaigns, fostering relationships with editors, and identifying high-impact opportunities that drive results in the most competitive industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Link Acquisition: Execute white-hat link-building strategies, including guest posting, niche edits, skyscraper content promotion, and resource page outreach.
• Competitor Analysis: Reverse-engineer competitor backlink profiles to identify and close "authority gaps."
• Outreach Management: Handle end-to-end communication with bloggers, journalists, and webmasters.
• Brand Mentions: Monitor the web for unlinked brand mentions and convert them into high-value backlinks.
• Quality Control: Audit existing backlink profiles to identify and disavow toxic links while ensuring all new links meet Hozio’s strict quality standards (DA/DR, Traffic, Relevance).
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Content and On-Page teams to ensure our linkable assets are optimized for conversion and sharing.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2+ years of proven experience specifically in Off-Page SEO or Digital PR.
• Tool Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Ahrefs, Semrush, WordPress.
• Communication: Exceptional email etiquette and the ability to "sell" a story to busy editors.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to look at a spreadsheet of 1,000 domains and quickly filter the "gold" from the "spam."
• Persistence: A "no" is just an invitation to find a better angle. You are driven by results and rankings.
