Position Summary

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a motivated and results-driven Off-Plan and Resale Real Estate Agent to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will specialize in both off-plan developments and resale properties, providing clients with expert guidance on investment opportunities, property transactions, and market trends. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about real estate sales.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in the purchase, sale, and leasing of off-plan and resale properties
• Provide expert advice on market conditions, property values, and investment strategies
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate terms with buyers, sellers, and investors
• Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other documentation
• Stay informed about Abu Dhabi’s real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
• Build and maintain a portfolio of clients through networking and referrals
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team and company sales targets

Qualifications

• Previous experience in real estate sales, preferably in off-plan and resale properties
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market preferred
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Multilingual skills (English required; Arabic or other languages are a plus)
