We are seeking an experienced Off‑Plan and Resale Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic and fast‑growing team.

Role Overview

The Off‑Plan and Resale Real Estate Agent will manage both primary (developer) and secondary market transactions. This role requires strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide clients through the full sales cycle—from initial inquiry to closing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell off‑plan projects from leading Abu Dhabi developers
  • Assist clients with buying and selling properties in the resale (secondary) market
  • Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations
  • Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and market activities
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of developer launches, payment plans, and market trends
  • Prepare and manage property listings on major real estate portals
  • Build and manage a strong client portfolio across both segments
  • Provide expert advice on investment opportunities and market conditions
  • Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to ensure smooth transactions
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

  • Experience in off‑plan and/or resale real estate sales (Abu Dhabi market preferred)
  • Strong understanding of local developers, communities, and market dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
  • Real estate certification is a plus
