Job Summary

Duties

• Assist clients in understanding the benefits and risks associated with off-plan property investments, ensuring transparency and clarity throughout the process

• Provide expert advice on estate planning, wills, trusts, and estate law to help clients structure their investments effectively
• Guide clients through the financial aspects of property purchase, including financing options, tax implications, and wealth management strategies
• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with securities law and other regulatory requirements during transactions

Requirements

• Proven experience in estate planning, financial sales, or real estate consulting with a focus on off-plan properties.
• Familiarity with CRM software
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment
