With a strong reputation for market expertise, client service and results, we are scaling our marketing capabilities to further support our Development Sales team in the acquisition and launching of off-plan developments.


Job Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Off-Plan Marketing Executive to support the Development Sales team. The focus of the role is to support the successful acquisition and launch of new off-plan development projects at Betterhomes by assisting in proposal creation, supplier coordination, campaign tracking, and effective cross-functional project execution. This role is critical in ensuring smooth communication between developers, internal teams, and external vendors, while delivering high-impact marketing assets and tracking campaign performance across campaigns.


Key Responsibilities

- Work with relevant teams to assist in the creation of compelling marketing sections for pitch proposals to win new project instructions.

- Collaborate with the Development Sales team to understand developer needs and tailor pitch materials accordingly.

- Ensure all content and messaging align with the Betterhomes brand and developer objectives

- Conduct competitor benchmarking on new project launches, pricing, and marketing strategies.

- Provide insights to the Development Sales team to strengthen positioning during pitches and

launches.

- Assist with the management of end-to-end sales and marketing processes for new project launches.

- Work with internal teams to develop and implement marketing strategies for launching new

developments across multiple channels (digital, print, events).

- Coordinate with suppliers, design teams, digital marketing, PR, and content teams to produce high-impact marketing assets.

- Assist with organizing launch events, broker previews, and roadshows.

- Create and manage project timelines to keep launches on schedule.

- Source and secure competitive tenders from suppliers for CGI renders, brochures, videos, signage, and other creative assets.

- Brief, negotiate with, and manage third-party vendors, ensuring quality, value for money and timely delivery.

- Oversee the development of all marketing collaterals and digital assets.


Stakeholder Collaboration

- Act as a key liaison between internal departments and Developers throughout the pre-launch and launch phases.

- Ensure timely approvals of marketing material and alignment with the developer’s brand and objectives.

- Arrange and attend regular meetings with Developers and Betterhomes, agreeing the agenda and circulating action points.


Campaign Management & Reporting

- Work with the marketing and sales team to track and report on campaign performance, lead generation, and ROI, including funnel conversion rates (enquiry → viewing → reservation).

- Provide regular feedback to the Developer on project status and sales and marketing progress.

- Present monthly dashboards to management on cost per lead, cost per acquisition, and campaign performance trends.


Content Creation

- Draft key marketing copy for brochures, websites, and social channels with a focus on investment

angles, lifestyle appeal, and developer USPs.


Digital & Performance Marketing

- Manage paid campaigns focused on off-plan lead generation.

- Optimize landing pages, lead forms, and tracking.

- Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure measurable ROI from campaigns.


Brand & Market Positioning

- Maintain a strong understanding of Betterhomes’ brand and ensure all materials and messaging reflect it

accurately.

- Stay updated with off-plan trends and key market movements to support strategic planning.

- Creative thinker with commercial acumen and design sensitivity.


Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar marketing/project coordination role, preferably within real estate, property development, or a marketing agency.

- Experience with UAE off-plan or development projects is highly essential.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project management tools (e.g., Click-up), and CRM systems is a plus.

- Basic understanding of design software and file formats (Adobe Creative Suite or similar) for asset

coordination is an advantage.

- Experience working directly with developers or in a real estate agency environment.
