Position: Off-Plan Property Consultant (Commission-Based – Hybrid)

This is a hybrid position:

• Work from our Sharjah office
• Attend meetings and launches in Dubai projects
• Operate remotely when needed
• Participate in UAE-wide collaborations

Key Responsibilities

• Present and sell off-plan projects across the UAE (main focus: Dubai).
• Attend developer launches, site visits, and investor meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors and buyers.
• Create personal branding content on social media.
• Follow up with leads professionally and consistently.
• Collaborate with internal team and partner brokers.

What We Are Looking For

• Motivated and commission-driven mindset.
• Strong communication & presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel within UAE for project presentations.
• Desire to build a personal brand in real estate.
• Open to continuous training and professional development.
• Experience in real estate is preferred (but strong personalities are welcome).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: From AED1,000.00 per year
