We focus on empowering brokers to build strong personal brands while closing high-value deals in the UAE’s most dynamic developments. Position: Off-Plan Property Consultant (Commission-Based – Hybrid) This is a hybrid position: Work from our Sharjah office Attend meetings and launches in Dubai projects Operate remotely when needed Participate in UAE-wide collaborations Key Responsibilities Present and sell off-plan projects across the UAE (main focus: Dubai). Attend developer launches, site visits, and investor meetings. Build and maintain relationships with investors and buyers. Create personal branding content on social media. Follow up with leads professionally and consistently. Collaborate with internal team and partner brokers. What We Are Looking For Motivated and commission-driven mindset. Strong communication & presentation skills. Willingness to travel within UAE for project presentations. Desire to build a personal brand in real estate. Open to continuous training and professional development. Experience in real estate is preferred (but strong personalities are welcome). Compensation Structure Attractive high commission structure.
