OFF-PLAN PROPERTY INVESTMENT CONSULTANT – DUBAI

Location: Dubai Office (Candidates from Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, RAK, Ajman, Fujairah welcome)

About the Role

We are hiring a data-driven Off-Plan Investment Consultant to advise clients on Dubai’s top off-plan projects. You will provide structured financial insights, ROI modeling, and investment recommendations, helping investors make informed decisions. This is not a brochure-selling role, but a true advisory position for serious investors.

Core Responsibilities

Investment Advisory

· Analyze project ROI, IRR, and net yield for domestic and international investors

· Assess long-term capital appreciation potential based on Dubai’s infrastructure projects and economic growth

· Compare developer performance and delivery history

· Evaluate supply pipeline impact and absorption rates to inform investment timing

· Provide tailored investment recommendations for first-time and seasoned investors

Deal Structuring

· Design phased investment strategies based on client goals

· Identify short-term flipping vs long-term holding opportunities

· Break down service charges, hidden costs, and expected maintenance expenses

· Prepare clear written investment analysis and ROI summaries for clients

Sales Execution

· Conduct detailed project presentations for individual and group clients

· Manage SPA review coordination and negotiation support

· Handle transaction documentation (Forms A, B, F)

· Ensure compliance with RERA, DLD, and Dubai property regulations

Market Intelligence

· Monitor new launch pricing trends and developer offers

· Benchmark appreciation across districts and project phases

· Track investor demand and absorption rates across Dubai and UAE

Tools & Reporting

· Use CRM systems to track leads and pipeline

· Maintain detailed reports on deals, ROI, and client portfolios

· Provide insights to management for forecasting and planning

Client Types

· Domestic and international investors

· High-net-worth individuals

· First-time buyers and UAE residents

Performance KPIs

· Monthly transaction targets (value & volume)

Requirements

· 2–5+ years UAE brokerage experience

· Deep understanding of Dubai developer ecosystem

· Strong financial modeling and Excel skills

· Excellent communication for investor advisory

· Professional, analytical, client-first mindset

Growth Path
