Role Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and results-driven Off-Plan Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling off-plan properties, a deep understanding of project timelines and developer offerings, and the ability to guide clients through the pre-construction buying process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell off-plan residential and commercial properties from leading UAE developers
  • Advise clients on project details, payment plans, investment potential, and construction timelines
  • Conduct presentations and property tours at sales centers and show units
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and prospective buyers
  • Stay informed about new launches, market trends, and regulatory updates
  • Negotiate offers and manage the transaction process from reservation to handover
  • Collaborate with marketing and admin teams to support lead generation and documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of listings, client interactions, and sales activities

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in off-plan property sales or real estate brokerage
  • Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi’s off-plan market and developer landscape
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and property listing platforms
  • RERA or equivalent certification is a plus
