Job Description: Off‑Plan Real Estate Agent

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable Off‑Plan Real Estate Agent to join our Abu Dhabi team. This role focuses on promoting and selling new development projects from top UAE developers. The ideal candidate understands the off‑plan market, communicates confidently with investors, and thrives in a performance‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell off‑plan projects from leading developers across Abu Dhabi and the UAE.
  • Provide clients with detailed information on project launches, payment plans, handover timelines, and investment returns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers to stay updated on new releases, inventory, and incentives.
  • Generate new leads through networking, referrals, digital outreach, and company‑provided channels.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and investment consultations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to deal closure.
  • Maintain accurate client records, follow‑ups, and deal progress using CRM systems.
  • Represent the company at property exhibitions, events, and developer launches.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience in off‑plan real estate sales within the UAE market (Abu Dhabi experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of major developers, upcoming projects, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and meet sales targets.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • ADREC/RERA certification is an advantage or willingness to obtain it.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital sales tools.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
